The opinion of the court was delivered by This appeal was taken from an order quashing service and dismissing four cases as they relate to Keller Truck and Implement Corporation. Claims for relief in damages were filed in four separate cases asking for in personam judgments based upon injuries received in a car-truck accident in Barton County, Kansas. The cases were consolidated for all purposes necessary to the instant appeal. Summons was served in each case upon the defendant Keller Truck personally in the State of Colorado as provided in K.S.A. 60-308. The order quashing service and dismissing the actions against Keller Truck does not affect the defendant International Harvester Company, a corporation, and our decision here will not predispose the claims for relief so far as they relate to the International Harvester Company.
