WALTERS, Chief Judge This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of one count of burglary and one count of aggravated battery. Appellant James Cagle argues that the district court erred in denying his motion for a continuance to obtain new counsel. He also challenges the district court's instruction on reasonable doubt and the sentences imposed. For the reasons expressed below, we affirm the judgment of conviction and sentences. I.
